aTwo topics that struck me this week.

One was the fierceness and language Del Ponte displayed when reading the charges to Haradinaj and company. Not that many people noticed this in Serbia really but it shows that Del Ponte doesnt only obsess with imprisoning suspected Serb war criminals! Perhaps its just as well that the charges against Haradinaj include crimes against Albanians and Roma as well rather than just Serbs, otherwise it might increase the political temperature in Kosovo.

Another was a short I read in the newspaper about the Greek army songs you mentioned. So much for EU standards. Perhaps the EU, instead of increasing demands on new members, should consider improving the standards of existing members.
