Gorbachev: The community should decide about future in Kosovo

Speaking today in front of a crowd of at least 3000 people in DePauw University, Greencastle, Indiana, Mikhail Gorbachev said that that the community in Kosovo should decide about the future. The theme of Gorbachev's speech was "Security and Environment: The Challenges of the 21st Century,". When asked by a DePauw journalist about the future status of Kosovo and the talks, he said that it is good that talks have begun. He also added that Kosovo's neghbours' stance should matter.
